If You Want Blood You've Got It is a live album by AC/DC, released in October 1978 on Atlantic Records, recorded during the band's Powerage tour in April 1978 at the Apollo Theatre in Glasgow, Scotland. The album was produced by Vanda & Young (Harry Vanda and George Young, the latter being Angus and Malcolm Young's older brother), who also mixed the recordings. The concert was captured using the Rolling Stones' mobile recording studio, a common practice for live album recordings during that era. The album showcases the raw, high-energy performance style of the Bon Scott-era lineup, with minimal studio overdubs, preserving the authenticity of the band's live sound. It served as a bridge between the Powerage and Highway to Hell albums, helping to expand AC/DC's international audience and solidifying their reputation as one of the most powerful live rock acts of the late 1970s.
