Wall of Eyes is the second studio album by The Smile, composed of Thom Yorke, Jonny Greenwood, and Tom Skinner, released on January 26, 2024 through XL Recordings. The album was produced by Sam Petts-Davies, who had previously worked with Radiohead and on The Smile's debut A Light for Attracting Attention. It was recorded at Oxford's Courtyard Studio and Abbey Road Studios in London, with the London Contemporary Orchestra contributing string arrangements written by Jonny Greenwood. The production features a notable shift toward more expansive, layered arrangements compared to their debut, incorporating orchestral elements alongside the band's core instrumentation. The album was mixed by Carne Boute and mastered by Bob Ludwig, reflecting a meticulous approach to sound design consistent with the members' legacy of studio experimentation.
