Warp — warplp38
The original 1995 Warp UK vinyl is prized by fans for its analog warmth and is considered the definitive analog pressing of Tri Repetae.

Tri Repetae was recorded and produced by Autechre (Rob Brown and Sean Booth) at their home studio in Manchester during 1994-1995. The album was engineered by the duo themselves, working with analog and digital equipment to create the intricate, algorithmic sound design that characterized their emerging style during the mid-1990s intelligent drum and bass era. The production process involved extensive use of sequencers, samplers, and synthesis techniques to build dense, polyrhythmic compositions. The album was released on Warp Records in 1995 and marked a significant point in the development of abstract electronic music, moving further toward the mathematical and generative approaches that would define Autechre's later work.
